Christmas 2024 FAQs (Subscribers)
When do I need to return my subscription items?
You can keep your subscription items as long as you like as long as you have an active subscription and have not paused or cancelled recently.
If you want to keep all 5 items for the next 6 months, that's no problem (as long as you have an active subscription)!
Most subscribers swap their box every 4-5 weeks, but it's totally up to you.
All you need to do to unlock your next 5 rental slots is to return your previous 5 outfits altogether.
We do not offer partial swaps, so please do return all 5 items at once to unlock your next set of 5 Subscription slots
Simply pop your 5 outfits in the original packaging, attach the pre-paid returns label and take to your nearest Post Office.
Once Royal Mail have scanned your Rentals as returned your next 5 slots will unlock in a few days.
If you have purchased one (or more) of your outfits during your rental period, you do not need to return this item - it is yours to keep.
When should I swap my Subscription around Christmas
We strongly recommend making any last-minute orders for Christmas by Monday 16th December, this is to allow for Royal Mail delays at this time of year.
Our warehouse will be closed on the following dates:
24th, 25th, 26th December, New Years Day and 2nd January.
If you try and order your replacement subscription items on these dates, there will be delays getting them to you.
I want to become a Subscriber, how does it work?
There's never been a better time to sign up to an Unlimited Wardrobe.
To book your dream outfit for every up-coming festive occasion, all you need to do is:
- create an account
- checkout your subscription
- add your first 5 items and confirm your delivery address
- once your outfits arrive, you get to enjoy wearing them for as long as you like
- when you are ready for your next 5 outfits, simply drop all 5 items altogether at the Post Office.
- When your pre-paid Royal Mail returns label is scanned, your next 5 slots will unlock usually in 2-3 days
- Go fill them with your next 5 favourite outfits, check-out and repeat again!
Do I need to order all my Christmas subscription items at once?
Yes, when you become a subscriber, you will see that in your account you now have 5 Rental Slots.
To place your first order, you need to fill all 5 slots and confirm your order.
When you are ready to swap your outfits for your next 5, you must return all 5 outfits (excluding anything you have paid to buy).
Once all non-purchased outfits have been returned and scanned by Royal Mail, your next 5 rental slots will unlock (normally in 2-3 days) and you can place your next order as long as your Account is active and your Subscription is not paused or cancelled.
Can I swap my subscription items whenever I want?
Yes, you can swap all 5 of your items whenever you want, but all 5 items must be returned together
We are not able to offer partial swaps eg all 5 must be returned at once.
To unlock your slots and place your next subscription order, just need to send all 5 rentals back via the Post Office.
When the Post Office scans your returns label, your next 5 slots will unlock (please allow a few days for this to update on our system)
Please note there may be delays over the festive period.

When is the last chance to order for Christmas and New Years Eve 2024?
To get the best festive outfits we recommend booking as early as possible for your dates.
For Last Minute Christmas Delivery, we recommend ordering no later than Monday 16th December (with standard delivery) and before midday on Friday 20th December (with Express delivery) to allow plenty of time for delivery at this busy time of year.
For Last Minute New Year's Day Delivery, we recommend ordering no later than Friday 20th December (with standard delivery) and Friday 27th December (with Express delivery) to allow plenty of time for delivery at this busy time of year.
As a reminder, you keep your rentals for 21 days, so you'll not need to return your rentals until the second week of January!
What is the best date to order for to keep my rentals as long as possible this Christmas?
As a reminder, you keep your On Demand Rentals For 21 Days. So if you are looking to have outfits over both Christmas and New Year, the best date to order is for delivery on 10th December! You keep your rentals for the Christmas period, and then return them on the 3rd January (easy!)
If you would like outfits for more than 21 days we recommend checking out our subscription offer as we do not offer extensions on On Demand Orders.
How do I see my return date?
If you have not yet placed your order, you can see your expected delivery and return date details when you add an item to your cart.
On Demand rentals are typically for 21 days, but we do give you extra days for free over bank holidays, so if your rental period looks a little longer than 21 days - that's why.
If you have placed your order, you can see your rental dates in your confirmation email.

Once you have submitted the form, our customer service team aim to get back to you within 1 working day but please be aware that this is our busiest time of year, we are doing our best with a higher volume of messages and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I buy Sale Items when I have an Active Subscription Account?
To order items in our Sale if you currently have an active Subscription in progress, you just need to ensure you're logged out.

How do I return my rentals this Christmas?
Please put all of your rented items into the original packaging, attach the pre-paid returns label over your original delivery label and drop your parcel at the local Post Office.
If your return date is a Sunday or Bank Holiday and your nearest post office is closed, please feel free to return on the next working day.
Do not post in a standard Post Box.
Please keep proof of postage until you have been notified by automated email that your rentals have arrived back to the warehouse safely.
Help - I've lost my returns label

You'll need the order reference from your confirmation email to generate a new label.
Do I need to clean my outfits before returning?
Please do not wash or dry-clean your outfits at home - we do that for you!
We have an expert cleaning team - who carefully wash each item to ensure it does not get damaged in the process.
If you want to wear your rentals more than once this Christmas and you feel they need to be washed at home, please do so in a hand-wash method and follow the care label.
My outfit arrived with tags on - can I remove them?
Yes, please feel free to remove any retail tags attached to your outfits when they are delivered.
This may just mean that you are the first person to rent that item - bonus!
What dates are you closed this Christmas?

We are not able to dispatch rentals on these dates, so if you need outfits for these dates please ensure you have booked for delivery in advance of the 24th December.
