What is Hirestreet?

Choose from On Demand or become a member and join our monthly Subscription service for delivery in the UK excluding Northern Ireland.
Choose the plan best suited to you from 2, 3 or 5 items per month and sign up for our monthly subscription.

You can only choose from items available and in-stock to send right away.
Receive, wear and return easily with our prepaid returns label.
No need to clean your outfits - we do that for you!

If you would like to buy one of the items you have rented, you can do so in your Account section.
Simply click on the order, and then select the item(s) you wish to buy.
All items purchased during your rental are discounted, but the % discount on RRP will vary by item and are non-returnable.
What is the difference between Subscription and On Demand rental?
Subscription
It's the best, sustainable and affordable way to enjoy multiple fashion outfits
Once you become a subscriber, you can rent and keep items as long as you wish from 30+ days - choose from 2,3 or 5 item Subscription Plans
Swap outfits every 30 days to mix up your wardrobe with new rentals each month
Or keep for longer if you have extra plans!
Simply set up your account, pay for your first month and order your items ready for delivery in 3-5 days filling the Subscription slots you have chosen.
Please note, you cannot switch between Subscription plans.
There are no refunds, partial swaps, exchanges or credit given on unworn items as per our Subscription T&Cs.
If something doesn’t fit, return your full order and after your next billing date, your next slots will be ready to fill.
It can take a few days to unlock your slots if you’ve recently returned your order and the billing date has passed, please give 48hrs before contacting our team here.
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time as long as items are returned to us before your next billing date.Just head to your Subscription Account settings and select Pause/ Cancel directly there

Just want to rent one outfit, no problem - add to bag and checkout ASAP

How do I return my rentals?
Returning your rentals is easy, we include a prepaid returns label to send back your order
Please put all of your rented items into the original packaging, attach the pre-paid returns label over your original delivery label and drop your parcel at the Post Office.
Do not post in a standard Post Box.
If your return date is a Sunday or a Bank Holiday date and your nearest post office is closed, please feel free to return on the next working day - eg Monday/ Tuesday if its a Bank Holiday
Please keep proof of postage until you have been notified that your rentals have arrived back to the warehouse safely.
If you have lost your returns label use this link to request a new one.
You'll need the order reference from your confirmation email to generate a new label.
If you’re a subscriber, your next box won’t unlock until your recurring monthly billing date has passed and your most recent order has been returned.
I need to make a change to my order
If you wish to amend your order please contact us straight away to remove/ swap or amend contact details.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order if it has already been processed and packed ready to be dispatched.
How do I pause/ cancel my Subscription?
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time once all items are returned back to us using the prepaid returns label via a Post Office (this can take 48hrs to update)
We recommend returning items 3-5 days before your billing date to ensure items are returned in time to cancel or pause
Just head to your account: and click on Subscription Settings > Cancel
If you are not sure about cancelling, you can pause your subscription indefinitely (no more payments will be taken until you resume), or you can opt to skip the next few months!
Please note, if you cancel or pause your account all discounts still applied will be lost.

Absolutely, we want to help you find your perfect outfits for the next month, if you would like advice on size and fit, or trending styles please do get in touch here one of our styling team will be happy to help.
If you're new to Subscribing with us, if you've signed up and paid but not yet ordered, our team will drop you a message welcoming you, offering recommendations, advice and styling tips via WhatsApp too!
