Yes, you need to rent 5 items at once.

Once you've set up your Subscription and you've received your confirmation email, your 5 slots will unlock instantly, allowing you to place your first Subscription order right away!

Select all 5 outfits from any category across the whole of our site, there's no limits to which items you can pick from!

Once all 5 slots are filled, hit checkout and there is nothing extra to pay! We'll dispatch your order with standard shipping in the next few days.

With unlimited rentals, return all 5 at any point and this will unlock your next set of 5 subscription slots so you can rent as many times as you like.

Your order will arrive within 3-4 working days from the date of order. You will receive tracking information from Royal Mail once your order has been dispatched.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you must return all items you have in your current rental order on or before your next billing date.

To cancel, just go to your account section, and "Subscription Settings".

If you are not sure about cancelling, you can pause your subscription indefinitely (no more payments will be taken until you resume), or you can opt to skip the next few months!

Standard shipping is included in your subscription price. You will not be charged extra for shipping. You will receive a pre-paid returns label with every delivery.

There is not an option to upgrade to Express or faster shipping as this cost is included in the subscription monthly fee.

We use Royal Mail to send all orders.

With unlimited rentals, you pay a monthly fee and can choose 5 items to rent, wear and return whenever you like!

To unlock your next set of 5 slots, just make sure your most recent order is returned!

If you love your outfits so much you want to keep them forever, you can buy them at big discounts in your account section at any point during your rental.

It's so easy to buy one or more of your Subscription rentals, with fantastic discounts, just head to the order in your Account.

Simply select the item(s) you wish to buy and hit checkout then these outfit(s) are yours to keep!

Please note, you must purchase your items before the end of your rental period.

All items purchased during your rental are discounted, but the % discount on RRP will vary by item

Return all items that you have not purchased on or before the final day of your rental period to unlock your next set of Subscription slots.

Yes of course, with unlimited monthly rentals, once all 5 items are sent back, your next set of slots will unlock as long as you have an active subscription!

To return, just attach the pre-paid returns label included in your order on top of your shipping address and drop them at the Post Office. 

Please note, you will not be able to order your next set of 5 outfits until you have returned your current rentals - if your previous order status isn't showing as "in transit", just get in touch with the team and share your proof of postage so we can update this manually for you!

To order your next rotation of 5 outfits, you just need to have returned all 5 of your current rentals and have an active subscription

Please note, to enable you to get the most out of your subscription you do not need to wait for your current rentals to get back to our warehouse - you just need to have dropped every item you have not purchased at the Post Office. Once you have done this, your new subscription slots should unlock within a few hours. 

Please do get in touch if you have dropped your items off at the Post Office and your subscription has not unlocked.

Yes absolutely, you can pause your subscription at any time.

To pause just head to Subscription Settings in your account.

When you pause your subscription your payments will be paused indefinitely.

Payments will only be taken again if you resume your subscription and you unpause before the next billing date.

If you have paused your subscription (i.e. it is no longer active), you must return any rentals on or before your rental return date to avoid late charges.

You will not be able to order your next 5 rentals until you resume your subscription and you must unpause before 10am on your billing date to unlock your next set of slots and allow payment to be taken

Please note, if you pause during a month where a discount code would normally have been applied, you will lose this discount.

Returning your Subscription rentals is easy and returns postage is included!

Please put all of your 5 items into the original packaging, attach the pre-paid returns label over your original delivery label and drop your parcel at the Post Office.

Any that you've purchased, you can keep of course!

Do not post in a standard Post Box.

Once your subscription order is scanned at the post office, it will update to show its in transit and your next 5 item slots will unlock!

Please keep proof of postage until you have been notified that your rentals have arrived back to the warehouse safely.

If you have lost your returns label use this link to request a new one. You'll need the order reference from your confirmation email to generate a new label.

We do not offer refunds or rental credit on items returned unworn in subscription orders

But you are welcome to return all 5 items for a brand new set of 5 items at any time as long as you have an active subscription account.
