I had some questions about my first order and charlotte from customer services was exceptionally helpful. I had to swap the dress for a different size as it runs very small. The shoulders are puffy at the top and not square as they look in the picture. The sleeves are quite tight and the dress is shorter than I expected. So all in all go up a size. I'd order 2 sizes to return 1 next time I order.
