This dress arrived to me from Hirestreet brand new with tags on. It was a beautiful fit. However after x1 wash the belt broke. Hirestreet's customer service was great. They understood that the dress was new and therefore didnt charge me for what was clearly a manufacturing error. However, if other ladies are hiring this dress I would be cautious and check with Hirestreet before committing. Hopefully they were able to seek a replacement from Lipsy.
